Philip Edward Kwabena Antwi
CHAIRMAN
Philip Edward Kwabena Antwi is the Board Chairman of the Bank, he is Lawyer by profession. Mr. Antwi has worked as Head Teacher under Ghana Education Service between; 1955 to 1967, has also worked as Personal Manager for GIHOC. He holds BA Law from University of Ghana (Legon), Bachelor of Law from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Benjamin Osei Boateng
VICE CHAIRMAN
Benjamin Osei Boateng is a Director and Vice Chairman of the Board, He is the Chairman of the Credit and Marketing Committee, he is lawyer by profession since 2012, and He holds LLB from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Bsc Agric from University of Cape Coast since 2000, a member of Ghana institute of Bankers and completed Opoku Ware Senior Secondary School between 1991-1994. He has years of experience in banking where he has worked with the Bank as Human Resource and Administrative Manager and He was also worked as Project Manager for Ahafo Community Bank between; July, 2001 to June 2003.
Fred Asafu-Adjaye
MEMBER
Mr. Fred Asafu-Adjaye is a Board Member and serves as Chairman of Finance Procurement, ICT Committee of the Bank. Fred is the Auditor for Asafu Adjaye & Partners Accountant as a Firm; He is also Accountant for LOSAMILS CONSULT LIMITED. Fred has in-depth knowledge in auditing, Accountancy and Consultancy.
He holds MBA in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Bsc Computerized Accounting from Regent University and Completed O’/A’ Level Certificate from Prempeh College between 1987 to 1993.
George Mensah
MEMBER
Mr. George Mensah is a Director, he was appointed as Risk Committee Member of the Bank, and he is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
George is Audit Team Member for Ghana Audit Service-Kumasi. He has worked with Bosomtwe Rural Bank Limited as a clerk between 2000 to 2005. Mr. Mensah holds Bsc. Administration from University of Education – 2011, Accounting in Business Management from Cambridge International College and he attained O’ Level certificate from Oppong Memorial Secondary.
Akwannuasah Gyimah
MEMBER
Mr. Akwannuasah Gyimah is Board Member of Bosomtwe Rural Bank Limited from 2000 to date. He is also Chairman of Human Resource and Administrative Committee. Mr Gyimah is the Director of WOOD ALL JOINERY VENTURES. He has experience in Heavy Duty works where he worked as mechanic for HUB EQUIPMENT RENTAL in Toronto Canada between September, 1990 to December, 1999 and also worked for Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology as App. Mechanic between July 1979 to October, 1983.
Doris Antwi Boasiako

Madam Doris Antwi Boasiako is a Directress of Bosomtwe Rural Bank Limited, She is the Managing Directress of LEXBENA SECURITY and Financial and Administrative Managress. She was a Head Cook and Chef for Engineering Guest House. She was also served as a Teacher for LESSBON VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE and Holy Child Junior High School. Doris holds Bsc in Business Administration from Garden University College, Higher National Diploma from Kumasi Polytechnic and completed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination from Armed Forces Secondary and Technical.
Doris Otoo
MEMBER
Madam Doris Otoo Director of the Bank, She was appointed to serve on provident fund committee and she is currently a member of Finance and Procurement ICT Committee. Madam Otoo holds Masters in Education from University of Education – July 2007, Bachelor of Education from University of Cape Coast – 1999, Teachers Diploma from University of Cape Coast in July 1994 and Teachers Certificate from Wesley College – Kumasi 1974.
She works as Subject Teacher for Anglican Secondary School, Has also worked as Head Mistress, Head Teacher and a teacher for Dompoase Experimental Junior High School.
Joe Oteng-Agyei
MEMBER
Doctor Joe Oteng-Agyei is a Director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Bank. He holds Doctorate in Philosophy from University of Saskatcheman, Masters of Business from Cranfield University, Bsc. Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology-1982, A’ and O’ Level from Konogo-Odumase Secondary School – 1977.
Doctor Oteng-Agyei has served as Chairman for Ghana National Petroleum Cooperation (GNPC); He has also served as Minister, Technical Advisor for Energy Commission and Director of Power for Ministry of Energy.
Samuel Bofa Donkor
MEMBER
Mr. Samuel Bofa Donkor was appointed to serve as a co-opted member, Director of Bosomtwe Rural Bank, he is also a legal advisor as well as Human Resource and Administrative Committee member.
Mr. Samuel Bofa Donkor is a Lawyer by profession, He completed Ghana School of Law in 1988, and He attained his first degree BA (LAW) from University of Ghana between; 1947 – 1978. He has worked as legal practitioner.
